1.   A non refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold your puppy.

2. Payment to be made in full at or before 6 weeks of age unless prior arrangements have been made.  If payment is not received, puppy can be resold at the discretion of the breeder.  

3.   Deposit is non-refundable.  If breeding does not result in a suitable puppy for the buyer, the deposit will be moved to another breeding.

Delivery of Puppy

1.  Puppy will not be available for delivery or pickup until at least 8 weeks of age. 

2.  Any charges or fees for delivery will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

3.  Puppy will be delivered with a registered name chosen by the breeder.  Call name will be chosen by the buyer.

Health Guarantee

1.  Each puppy will be vet checked and receive first vaccinations at the expense of the breeder.  The breeder guarantees the puppy to be healthy and sound at the time of delivery. 

2.  Each puppy is guaranteed against illness for 14 days after delivery.   

3.  Each puppy is guaranteed against genetic defect for one year. 

4.  Guarantee does not include injury to puppy after delivery.

5.  The buyer agrees to have the puppy evaluated by a licensed vet within 48 hours of delivery.  Failure to do so will void all guarantees. 

6.  If puppy is deemed by vet to be ill within 14 days, buyer will provide breeder with certification of illness and return the puppy to the breeder with appropriate paperwork within 24 hours.   Puppy will be replaced by another puppy of equal age and value as soon as an acceptable puppy is available.  Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy re-evaluated by vet of choice.

7.  The guarantee is void if

• The puppy has been abused or neglected in any way
• The puppy has been bred
• The puppy was involved in an accident or dog fight
• The puppy was trained in weight pulling

8.  If Buyer decides to keep a puppy who is covered under the guarantee, Breeder will credit the buyer half of the purchasing price towards a future puppy.  There will be no cash refunds from the breeder. 

Care of Puppy

Buyer agrees to properly care for the puppy in accordance with the Puppy Care manual provided with each puppy in regard to quality food, vaccinations and vet visits, socialization, and living conditions.

Buyer agrees that if for any reason, they are unable to keep or care for the puppy, at no cost to the Breeder, the puppy will be returned to D-Dog American Bulldogs.  Breeder retains first right of refusal if puppy is ever sold. 

Under no circumstance will ANY D-Dog American Bulldogs be taken to the local pound or animal shelter.
